POSITION OVERVIEW 

The Cleaner at Grace Clinics of Ohio is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This role involves monthly cleaning and sanitizing clinic spaces, including waiting areas, exam rooms, restrooms, and common areas, to ensure a hygienic and welcoming environment for all. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and disinfect patient rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, offices, and high-touch surfaces regularly. 

• Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; ensure carpets and upholstery are clean. 

• Waste Disposal: Empty trash bins and dispose of waste following clinic safety and sanitation guidelines. 

• Stocking Supplies: Ensure that restrooms and other common areas are stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., toilet paper, hand sanitizer). 

• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working order. 

• Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols for infection control and maintain a safe work environment. 

• Special Cleaning Tasks: Assist with deep cleaning tasks as needed or scheduled, such as cleaning windows, walls, or any areas needing extra attention. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous cleaning experience (preferred). 

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently. 

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a hygienic and orderly environment. 

• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely. 

• Good physical stamina to handle cleaning duties.
