POSITION OVERVIEW 

The Greeter at Grace Clinics of Ohio is the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff. This role involves welcoming individuals to the clinic, assisting with check-in, providing information, and ensuring a positive and welcoming environment. The Greeter plays a key role in creating a friendly, supportive atmosphere for patients and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Patient Welcome: Greet patients and visitors as they arrive, offering a warm, friendly, and helpful welcome.
• Check-In Assistance: Assist patients with the check-in process, including verifying personal information and assisting patients with completing paperwork.
• Provide Information: Answer general questions about clinic services, direct patients to the appropriate areas, and provide basic information about the clinic’s policies and procedures.
• Maintain Waiting Area: Ensure the waiting area is clean, comfortable, and organized for patients.
• Support Clinic Staff: Alert clinic staff about patient arrivals, help manage patient flow and assist with scheduling or rescheduling appointments as needed.
• Ensure Safety and Cleanliness: Monitor clinic entryways to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with infection control protocols.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Friendly, patient-focused attitude, with an ability to remain calm under pressure.
